Had iPhone 5 x 1.5 yrs. both ends of conversations would skip & drop; could not be used @ my home in the country. Always ok in Metro areas. Was told Apple made them cheaply by not building them w 2 internal antennas. Verizon my IP said a booster would not help. Traded it in for iPhone 4S as 2 of my friends both have them & they work very well in my home. So far not impressed w it... Does anyone know if the the newer iPhone 5 c has internal dual antennas? db

Yes, two antennas

According to this article, both the 5C and 5S do have two antennas though I'm not sure that'll solve your problem. Good luck.
