iPhone5s hotmail help

I've always used my iPhone to receive my hotmail emails (outlook) and then two day ago it just suddenly says

'Cannot get mail'
The connection to the server failed'

Usually this passes
And it's fine but it's been three days and still nothing!
I've reset it and tried again and still the same thing

Any one help?

Have you tried accessing your account though a browser on a computer to make sure everything is OK with it?
