IPhone5s won't turn on

I replaced my phone battery and now it won't turn on or recognise when I put the charger but I took the battery out and tried it in another phone and the battery works in that phone but not mine? And ideas

When you took it apart you could've did something to short out the phone. If I were you I'd check IFixit.com
