iPhone6/ iOS8 bug?

Anyone else seeing this bug where apps will literally just pop just above halfway down the screen, sit there for a few seconds and then pop itself back into place again?

This happens once a day or so to me, usually after just opening or closing an app and then the screen drops for around 5 seconds.... caught this screenshot just now....

oh, and I am running 8.0.2

Disabled, and problem solved!

Maybe it was a bug and they made it into a feature.
