iphone6 typing issues..

When I Typing letters with my iPhone6,

Sometimes I pressed 2 letters at the same time..

but It doesn't type letters (check out the videoclip)

In english,

When press letter "Q" with "L" at the sametime,

Q is typed normally, But L is not..

it is S/W issue or H/W faulty?

Try hitting one key at a time!!!

Holding one key down while typing another is not going to give good results.

It is not the keyboard that is defective.

You are not supposed to press two keys at the same time.

You're typing wrong.

Neither. Its a UE issue and you should go to the Apple store and complain. This happens a lot and Apple really needs to step up and fix this crap.

UE = user error.
