iphone6 won't ring

Not on silent or do not disturb.
Volume is up.
When receiving a call phone vibrates once. Callers hear 4 rings then get voicemail.
Unable to hear ringtones, when selecting them phone just vibrates.

May want to call your carrier. That sounds like the line is forwarded to voice mail somehow. The single ring is what some carriers give you when you are forwarded. Now, why it's vibrating is another story. Did you try rebooting?
