iPhone7 restore asked for an strange login

Just got my new iPhone7. When I was doing the backup I entered my email. In the next step it asked to enter the password for
cherylgong0801@163.com

I have no idea who this person is or why I need to enter this persons login. When I google it I get some other posts of people having this happening to them with older phones but no clear answer. Should I be worried that my phone has been hacked?
