Iphonebrowser and 3.1.2

Hi guys

I have upgraded to Firmware 3.1.2

Now my iphone browser does not want to work properly anymore.
I does not show all the folders on the device.

It sometimes gives me an error asking if i jailbreaked the device correctly?

I use it to upload themes etc, but cannot do it anymore. Help anyone?

I did reinstall iphone browser, tried different version, not working....
