iPhones 6 Bluetooth 4.0 to 4.2?

Hi i read that Apple update the Bluetooth hardware module from 4.0 to 4.2 silently.

I see with Lirum info that I have a 4.0. How do i get the update?

I guess it's included in the iOS update!!! I am running iOS 9.1 developers beta 4 and still have 4.0 !

It may be a hardware requirement. 4.0 to 4.1 was a software update but 4.2 may be hardware/firmware dependent.
