Just outside Boston, MA.
I just had this idea while listening to one of my favorite online radio stations. Will the iPhone be able to stream a radio station using EDGE (with or without a data plan)? That would be awesome. If it's truely a "revolutionary" internet device I think that'd be great if you could take your internet radio stations on the road with you where ever you go.

It would be cool but I doubt it--it's more iPod than full iTunes.

However, the mobile Safari MAY support JavaScript, Flash and QuickTime, which MIGHT allow streaming radio directly from some stations' sites.

i am so excited for YouTube-to-go! :D

yes and no..

One way you can stream online radio stations on your iphone (even if they aren't in the right format for the iphone) is ooTunes. It runs on your home computer and streams to your iphone, converting the stations into something the iphone can play. Check it out at http://ootunes.com

Ha thanks, but I have a legit program on my iPhone now. Tuner. Using it now in fact.

another is fly tunes - set up similar to sat radio - including custom station guides... since it plays on your safari browser, you can also do other things while listening (games for example) - and free as well :)
