First off, wrong sub forum. Second, no jailbreak will cost you money to download. Third, while the 4s has been jailbroken, there have been no recent announcements from anyone behind it that would indicate that the jailbreak is in a user-friendly state.

OP, could you edit the title so it doesn't read as if a real JB has been released? Also I'd think removing at least a part of the URL would help folks who may be lured into 'trying it out' and being scammed.
