iPhoto '08 refuses to minimize to Dock when Double Clicking its title bar?

Pretty self-explanatory. When i double click the title bar of iPhoto '08 it doesn't minimize to the dock like every other app. Can anyone else confirm this?

I'm guessing there's something awry with my system, this couldn't possibly have been overlooked.

Does it still minimise if you use the yellow circle?

Yes, i should have mentioned it does minimize via the button.

I have noticed the same issue. I have checked as many settings as I can think to but with no avail. Hopefully it's just a bug and will be fixed asap.
