iPhoto '09 is not actually that clever, or sth wrong with my photos?

Hi friends,

I have an annoying problem with iPhoto '09! Whenever I open iPhoto, it gives message like "2 photos have been found in the iPhoto Library there were not imported? Would you like to import them?"

no matter I say YES or NO, it creates a silly empty Recovered Photos folder!

how can I get rid off this message at startup and stop it to create empty folders :/ ?
