iPhoto 09 - no transitions option

Hello, thanks for reading.
I was just reading a tutorial from the iCreate magazine. It was on how to add a page-tuen effect in iPhoto. I followed it through the part where you select settings, opt for a tab called all slides and tick the box listed as Transitions.......but I don't get that box - any ideas please?

I believe only 2 of the Themes, Classic and Ken Burns will let you choose Transitions.
