Whenever I import a photo or a group of photos into iphoto '09, the app becomes unresponsive. i can still go through and look at my pictures, but when i delete one it goes into the trash but the thumbnail remains in the event. when i try to scroll between events using the top right arrows it changes the name at the top, but the thumbnails don't change. also whatever i edit within the app after an import will not be saved when i re-open iphoto. any ideas?
