iphoto 09 problems

Hello, I have big problems with my iphoto 09 or to be honest now I am not sure if it is only my iphoto library, the problem is all my thumbnails are in black, if I click on them it does show the picture but I can not see pictures on events or when I click on an event, I must click on a picture to be able to see it. can someone help me please, I do have plenty of pictures and I am going crazy.

Try rebuilding your library. In particular make sure you rebuild the thumbnails.
