iPhoto 09 Resource Hog on MBA

I have a Rev B MBA. Anyone experiencing iPhoto 09 running slow, especially the Faces pinboard and World map GPS feature?

Could be due to the lack of HD space. I have SSD, but only 3GB space left.

I noticed it uses a metric s**t ton of memory now. I had it go up to almost 500 megs when I was uploading to MobileMe.

I do notice iPhoto '09 being a bit of a hog....and I'm on a Mac Pro with 11GB of RAM.

However, 3GB of free space is starting to get awfully close to having the system slow in performance.
