Iphoto 09 - Retouch Tool - Edge Detection?

I have read a few places that Iphoto 09's retouch tool now has edge detection. I played with the new retouch tool and did not find an option to engage edge detection nor did I see any edge detection when I used it. Does it have it and I just do not know how to use it? Have others read the same on the edge detection?

- Retouch now has edge detection, so rather than blurring out any blemishes or marks, the programme will guess at what should be there instead.

Has anybody else heard about this? Since it was not from apple that I read about it I am taking it that this feature does not exist, yet.
