iPhoto 09 Slideshow Error with Music (Image)

I have iPhoto 09 and I am having an issue with Slideshows where the drop down for the music selection is VERY long since it is showing the iTunes album artwork folder for some reason. When I first launched the music settings, it had a folder icon, so I chose it, the system hung for about a minute, and then this long folder showed up. I cannot collapse it or do anything. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thanks.

Or, if someone can recommend how I can reset iPhoto 09 preferences to the original state.
