iPhoto '09 won't launch

Today, as I was launching iPhoto '09, it quit, and gave me this error:

Yesterday, I re-installed Snow Leopard, and since then it hasn't been launching at all. iMovie, iWeb, and GarageBand are working fine.

Please help! :confused:
