iPhoto "100%" viewing size

I like to sharpen my photos when I'm looking at my photo at 100% viewing size (or 50%), but not 66% or whatever as sharpening won't come out right. I don't see how you set the size to 100% in iPhoto. I see you can expand to fit the screen, but I have a 27" iMac and I have no idea at what percentage that photo is. (I shoot RAW - Canon 20D).
