iPhoto '11: Converting BMP format to JPG

I have some old family photos my dad scanned years ago and sent them in BMP, (Windows Bitmap), format. iPhoto reads them fine but when I tried to have them printed via Shutterfly/Snapfish, I cannot upload them to those sites.

How do I use iPhoto '11 to convert them to JPG?
