iPhoto '11 - new imports always being placed on the top?

I don't understand why iphoto 11 is now placing new import events on the top near the beginning of the events, where the old iphoto 09 will just place it at the end of the events, is there a setting to choose where to place new albums or is it a bug?

Is it a problem cause i'm sorting the albums manually?

...btw is your iphoto 11 also so slow when you go in "Places" view?

That's my point...I do want to sort manually (I have old picture which have the e.g. the wrong date so I had to move them manually). It just doesn't make sense that Apple just changed that from iPhoto '09 to '11
