Dear all,
When I open iPhoto (2.0.1), I do not see any of my pictures.
All of them are in their directory, and I can see the folders from iPhoto, but no pictures are visible.
I tried renaming the folder and letting iPhoto ask for it, deleting all the control files (in the main iPhoto folder) and even deleting the preference file in the library\preferences folder: nothing worked.
I read the posts about automatically "rebuilding" the folders structure, but I understand that by so doing, I will lose all the date information on the folders and on the pictures, which I do not want.
Is there a way to fix the problem?
I have a Powerbook G4 1.25 GHz, 1.25 GB RAM; iPhoto works on an external HDD, connected via USB 2.0.
The problems started after a forced reboot, besides this, however, it seems that no other data were lost.

Thank you in advance for your help.
