Hi all

Upgraded to iLife 05 when upgrading to Tiger yesterday. Went to import my photo library and half the photos were greyed out. Found a thread on the internet speaking of this problem and tried the rebuild library option but no use, still greyed out.

So, on to adding each photo individually back into iPhoto. Except when I try, it says they are unrecognisable file types. The files are definitely there and they are not corrupted (they open quite happily in preview).

Anyone got any ideas as I am currently fuming and not really thinking straight!

Cheers

Simon

Disregard the last post. Worked it out.

You can't import photos when they are located in the iphoto library, you have to move them out and let iphoto organise them itself.
