I opened up iPhoto (v 5.0.2) and proceeded to go and delete some redundant photos (duplicates) and iPhoto crashed and now when I open it back up it displays blank thumbnails and hangs on the rotating circle if I double click on the thumbnail. Also iPhoto seems to hang with the beach ball cursor if I start to scroll down where multiple "blank" photos appear.
I've tried holding down Command+Alt while clicking on iPhoto to get it to rebuild things like thumbnails and the database and so forth with little success, even trying to delete the "blank" photos are a pain in the rear.
Can anyone recommend a good way to either fix this or can anyone recommend a good iPhoto like program to manage photos?
