iPhoto 6.0.5 Buggy? (intel)

Whenever I try to use the tools to edit my photos, saturation, hue, etc.. I seem to completely lock up my system, anyone else noticing this?

I am on a macbook pro, 1.5 gig ram, coreduo 2.0 gig

Since upgrading to to 6.0.5, iPhoto unexpectedly quits when playing slideshows or when scrolling through photos in full screen edit view.

I've repaired permissions, deleted the .plst files from the library, and uninstalled my Picasa plug-in. I still have the problem. I've searched Apple's support discussions and found that others are have similar problems. No solutions have been offered there.

I'm using a G4 PB.
