iPhoto 6 vs iPhoto 8 for official Apple print products?

I have iPhoto 6 and want to order one of the hardback photo books for my parents for Christmas. The Apple website isn't massively clear, but am I correct in thinking that iPhoto 6 doesn't allow you to create a custom dustjacket, whereas iPhoto 8 does? And that's the only real difference as far as print products are concerned?

You are correct that there is no dust jacket option for hardcover books ordered through iPhoto 6. There are also some additional book themes for iPhoto 7 (iPhoto '08 if you prefer).
