iPhoto 9.2 beta 3 on 10.7.2

Hi - I'm trying to install the iPhoto 9.2 beta 3 on Lion 10.7.2 GM and it keeps telling me that the version of iPhoto I have installed needs to be updated through the app store and won't ever install the .pkg. Anyone encounter this and have a solution?
