iPhoto 9.2 crashes when i select Preferences in iPhoto

iPhoto keeps crashing when i select Preferences within iPhoto 9.2. Any idea why (i deleted every trace of 3ivx i could find on my computer btw.)

Mine crashes too. Constantly. I just upgraded to Lion yesterday. And today did some iPHoto updates and ... crash city.

Crashes when I try to watch a video. WAs crashing when I tried to edit but stopped when I changed my editor back to iPhoto. Still crashed after that though when I went to the next photo or went I attempted to back out of editing a picture. IT's hosed.

Then I tried to rebuild it (hold cmd-option and click iPhoto) but ...all my thumbnails disappeared.

Then tried to rebuild the thumbnails but it crashes every time before it finishes.

Also checked/repaired permissions. Currently reinstalling Iphoto (pain in the ass) and restoring my library from time machine backup. Then will update iPhoto and open library and see what happens.

btw, had my iPhoto library on a Sparse Image. Don't know if that matters.

uninstalling 3ivx did the trick. I searched for it and up popped the uninstaller and now all is right with the world.

Were is the uninstaller for 3ivx

I have iPhoto 11.0 and have the same problem. I saw a message that the uninstaller is in Applications> 3ivx > Uninstall 3ivx, except I do not have a 3ivx Applications Folder. Any suggestions?
