I just upgraded iPhoto in order to get my photostream from my iPhone. Is there a way to get the photos from my husband's photostream on my Mac too? We share one iPhoto library, but different iCloud accounts, and I'd like to have his download automatically too.

You've got the big question of the week, so far - there's already been a discussion on this here, and I've been looking everywhere else for an answer. (I'll save you the trouble: there isn't one. The closest is to give each Apple ID a login to the computer, have them sync their Photostream, copy those photos into an event, and then they'll all be available for the main user to see. In other words, it's ridiculously complicated - much more so than it ever was in the past.)

Somehow, unbelievably, Apple didn't consider that families would have multiple iOS devices feeding into one Mac, and so didn't provide what seems like a very simple ability to support multiple Photostreams. Incredibly stupid and shortsighted.
