iPhoto 9.4.2 crashes on OS X 10.7.5 whenever I start a movie in iPhoto

I use iPhoto 11 (9.4.2) on an iMac with OS X Lion (10.7.5).
Usually it works very fine.
But whenever I click on an imported movie
iPhoto crashes after a few seconds.
This is a 100% reproducible.
Any ideas how I can overcome this?

I needed to re-install the OS X. The issue was in the Graphics Drivers.
