iPhoto 9.5.1 intergrateing with Thunderbird 24.5.0 Mavericks 10.9.3.

In iPhoto preferences>general>email photos using
The dropdown menu only conains 2 choices, Mail and Outlook. Is there any way I could use Thunderbird? Surprised Thunderbird isn't in the dropdown.
