iPhoto acted weird with iTunes sync..

I just synced my 3GS with my iTunes like normal, and then afterwards I realized that iPhoto had put all 8 of my categories (like different locations for different locations) into one folder called "Last 12 Months." When I first synced iPhoto/iTunes with my 3GS, it did all the folders from iPhoto (the 8 categories), not the Last 12 Months. How do I fix this to get my categories back? All I can choose from in iTunes when I sync my 3GS with iPhoto are "last 12 months" and "last import".
