I just switched over to a 1.33GHz G4 12" PB from a 2nd gen iMac. When I originally moved all of my iPhotos over using FireWire, I couldn't get them to import into the new iPhoto app using the import button, I had to manually drag and drop them in. Fine, whatever, I got them in there. Then my wife plugged in our camera today to load some shots she'd just taken. When iPhoto opened, it just showed the the text "Loading Photos" with the spinning dashes (not the beach ball of death). She also got a message saying the library couldn't be found. How do I fix this? And how do we keep it from happening again? We never had ANY problems with iPhoto on our old iMac and love the app. But this new one has been nothing but a headache.
