My new 13' MBP have a very strange problem. I cannot see any of my photo only if i open iphoto.

For example.

I always set my desktop wallpaper in my old 17 MBP to my iphoto ( 08 ) albums with random order. It works flawlessly.

Recently i buy a new 13 MBP and transfer all my stuff from my 17 MBP using migration assistant, problems appear. There is no iphoto album in the preference -> desktop option and i try locate my iphoto album and it is grey and unclickable.

Similar things happened like when i use my facebook uploading some photos ( using the web version ), my iphoto album is missing, grey and unclickable.

I check with my iphoto ( 09 ) in my new 13 MBP, all photos are successfully transferred and viewable there but not other place.

Anyone can help?

Thanks

Yes you can find the pictures under User/Pictures/

iPhoto Library you right click that and show package contents

there go to the folder originals..

I am not sure if I used the exact words that the english version of os x uses Picture folder could be Photos? not sure

yes, i knew how to show it with the show package content.

but my problem is like what a mention there.

i cannot view my iphoto album in the preference ->desktop option

a bit of more info

after a bit searching on the apple support site, i find my exact problem like the thread mentioned here

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1192

i tried everything above but it is still not working

i tried creating a new iphoto album and save some photos there. But the new iphoto album is still not displaying my photos.

i am going to try to reinstall iLife or even OSX, see it work or not.

Thanks
