I have a cheap vivtar 3350. When I plug it in my Mac at least recognizes it as a camera and opens iPhoto, but it seems iPhoto doesn't know it's a camera and can't import the pictures. Does iPhoto 5 have support for more cameras? I'm not sure how new the chipset on the camera is. gphoto just recently got support for it.
