Hi there.
I recently got a kernel panic on my Macbook Pro 13" which I fixed by reinstalling OSX Lion. I did not lose anything, but something seems to have happened to iPhoto and iMovie.
I get this message when opening iPhoto:
168a23k.jpg

I inserted the Application Install disc that came with my Macbook and installed its content, but it does not seem like iPhoto and iMovie are on that disc

iCal, iDVD and GarageBand still works like before though. What could be the cause of this problem?

Thank you in advance!

Same issue with iPhoto

I am experiencing a similar issue after reinstalling Lion on a new hard drive in my Mac mini. iMovie still seems to work, but iPhoto appears to be damaged. When I try to open iPhoto, I get a message that says:
"You can't open the application iPhoto.app because it may be damaged or incomplete."

This is on a Mac mini (mid 2011), 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, Mac OS X 10.7.4.

fixed!

Turns out I found iPhoto in the "Purchased" tab in the App Store and I was able to reinstall it from there.
