How can I make iPhoto add a picture to its library when the photo is saved in a folder?

For example, I have a folder full of desktop wallpapers. I have added them into iPhoto. If I find a new wallpaper tomorrow and save it in my wallpapers folder, is there a way for iPhoto to see that newly saved photo and add it to the wallpaper album?
