Hi everyone, I need an iPhoto book delivered by the 29th of December. I ordered another on the 17th, and the delivery for it is tomorrow, so I would think ordering one by the 21st would get it to me by the 29th. However, the Apple webpage says 7-10 business days to get it, which makes me think even if I ordered it today it might not come. Do you guys know if the iPhoto books are shipped faster around Christmas time, and that's why the first book is taking only 4 days (not even business days, normal days)? I'm a little worried to order this and have it not come on time, since I'm leaving the country on the 29th and there's no way I could pick it up. Thanks for any advice/tips/stories based on your own books getting delivered.

This year I ordered mine on the 9th and it arrived on the 15th (even though the ETA given was the 19th). That being said, last year it took closer to the 10 business days mark to get it so I'm guessing it really depends on how busy they are. I'm guessing 10 days is the worst case, but I'm guessing they usually get it to you before that. For future reference, if you plan on making one for Christmas next year, I'd get it in before the "guaranteed to be there for Christmas" cut off that they usually email before hand. So far they haven't let me down. Hope things work out for ya! :D

Hmm, thanks for the info. It's bad because I'm in Austria right now, and it's almost 1 am. I'd rather go to bed and finish it tomorrow, but I'm afraid then it wouldn't arrive by the 29th (I'm going to visit the States, but will leave on the 29th). So it's stay up for the next few hours trying to finish it, or send it in tomorrow and hope it gets there on time. Sigh.

I don't order from iPhoto but is there no way to request expedited delivery? If you mentioned that you don't want to do this in your original post, then ignore this as I didn't read the whole thing.

I just finished one on the 19th through iPhoto and the delivery date was the 27th of December. I had a choice of Expedited for an additional $10 to get it there by the 23rd of Dec so I did that. All in all total cost was $32.
