I just installed the 10.7.3 update on my brand new iMac that isn't even 12 hours old, and I get this message:

The only update that I haven't installed is the brand new Wi-Fi update that was just released, and I'm about to do that. Should I delete iPhoto, and reinstall it from the App Store?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

happened to me also. you may notice it on other apps to.

Solution: Do a combo update of 10.7.3 from apple's website.

Software Update installed the combo update, funny enough.

Anyways, I deleted iPhoto, and reinstalled it via the App Store, and it's fixed now.

Now, iWork is dead. Same error. I guess I'll reinstall all of my apps.....

Software update doesn't install the combo, it installs a delta update. for the combo you have to download it from Apples support site. Runs about 1.3gb or so.
Actually, software update will install the Combo if the jump is more than one point version. So from 10.7.2 to 10.7.3 it will apply the tailored point update. However, from 10.7.0 or 10.7.1 it will install the Combo update to go 10.7.3.

I stand corrected, assuming since he was working with a new machine it would have been a point update. Silly me :)
