iPhoto & Constraint Defaults

I was in iPhoto editing an image and I wanted to crop it so that it would fit onto either 11x17 or 13x19 size paper as those are the two sizes of paper that are readily available for my wide format printer. So, I was wondering, is it possible to add custom constraint ratios to the iPhoto constrain menu, or am I forced to open up Photoshop to do this?
