iPhoto Crashes when click on "adjust date and time"

As soon as I click on the "adjust date and time" the iPhoto crashes. I have created a new library and imported a picture there, same issue happens in the new library.

Mac OS X: 10.7.4
Processor: 2GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
iPhoto: 9.3.1 (652.4)
