You know how when you scroll through an iPhoto library, the month/year in which the photos were taken pops up on a grey box? For some reason that's no longer happening when I scroll through my library.

I tried rebuilding the library, repairing permissions, etc. to no avail.

Is there a setting that turns this function on and off? I have the library sorted by date so I'm not sure what the deal is.
 
Never mind. I found this. For those of you doing a search in the future and wondering, the answer is:

Preferences > Appearance > Organize View: (CHECK) Show scrolling information
