hey, new here to post but been loyal to the website for a while now :)

on my iphoto (10.3), everytime i upload pics from my digital camera, it makes duplicates in the main library.
so my questions is, how do i get rid of all those duplicates without manually going through the library (7,000 some pictures!).
even if that was the only way, the duplicates ARENT even next to the original pictures in the library.
thanks for the help guys

I think your best bet might be iPhoto Diet, however it looks like he has not tested yet with iPhoto 06.

If anyone tries iPhotodiet, can you tell us if you like it?

I used it on iPhoto 5 and it does exactly what it says. Very nice little program. Since the author has not tested it on iPhoto 6, I have not tried it there yet.

I have used iPhoto diet as well (I have iPhoto 5) and it works great, except it reverted some of my rotated files back to the originals for some reason. Not a huge deal, but a little glitch I found interesting, that's all....
