iPod touch iPhoto Events

I find it amazing that the iPod Touch / iPhone do not support iPhoto events (unless I am missing something). All of my 10,000+ photos are organised by events and none by album (as Apple have encouraged us to do).

Does anyone else find this frustrating?

Do you think this is something that could be added once the SDK is released? Is this something Apple are likely to add in the future?

1.1.3 iphone supports them. b t w the sdk will be for apps / games not changes to the interface of the iphone, only apple can do that.

Is that iPhone specific?

I have 1.1.3 on a 32GB iPod Touch and Events are not there.
