iPhoto Facebook Album deleted by accident! :( help!?

I deleted a big facebook album created on iphoto and deleted on iphoto so it sync automatically and deleted everything off facebook now!

I've lost all the comments and stuff

Is there any way to restore the actual facebook album?

Please help!

I used time machine (luckily only set it up a few days ago!) and restored the iphoto library located in pictures completely.
I got the album back but now I get an error

"An error occurred with the publication of album "Photo Booth" Do you want to remove the album from your library?

The feed could not be found or is invalid."

And it asks me if I want to remove the album or keep it.
So its not syncing with facebook now, I take it I've completely lost all the comments and descriptions?

Maybe create a new album then put and past all the images from the old on into the new one.
