iPhoto Format Factory like Application??

Hello Everyone!

I have been having problems with most of my photos in iPhoto. When I double click to view the image this comes up (image below). I think it might be because I took the picture with a Canon PowerShot S5IS the rest of the pictures that I can view were taken with a Nikon coolpix or a Pentax Optio w80. If there is an app out there that will format these please let me know.

PS: If it helps, I am running OS X Lion and iPhoto 11'
