iPhoto help needed

Can anyone tell me how this happened and how I can fix it? Somehow, I now have two iPhoto libraries and one seems larger and corrupted. The file names for the photos are all: GJIJUwhpSSWdULrmknw6KA, etc. Plus, every time I click on the library without the "_2" it says importing photos?
