Hello,
Yesterday i was able to retrieve my iphoto program from my deceased g4 cubes hard drive. When trying to open on my new(er) mac, i get a message saying, that version of iphoto, 1.1 i think, cannot be opened on my version of osx, 10.56. Any ideas how i can get my old photos in to my new iphoto, 7.15.
thank for any help you might have

Put the photos from your Cube onto a flash drive, then put them into your new computer. Add them to iPhoto.
-I don't quite understand your question, but I think this is what is meant?

I actually did try the import file option, but, the iphoto application from my cube is not highlighted as an option in the choice panel. any other ideas on how to get pics out of the old hard drive. The old computer (cube) is dead, i just have the hard drive hooked up to an ide adapter.
thanks

I'm not sure how iPhoto 1.1 did things, but there must be a library folder somewhere which contains all your images - use that to import into your new iPhoto.
